Kevin brings a wealth of experience in commercial property investments, development, and asset management. Prior to HealthMed Realty, Kevin served as a Real Estate Development Associate for Glenborough LLC, a Morgan Stanley subsidiary. Joining the firm in 2007, he was involved in all aspects of the company’s investment process which included sourcing, negotiating, and managing high yielding office development projects on behalf of his firm. Before Glenborough, Kevin served as a Development Associate at GVA Kidder Mathews, a full-service commercial brokerage company in Portland, Oregon. As a key member of their development team, he successfully managed the acquisition and development of multiple office and healthcare properties within the Pacific Northwest. Previous to these positions, he has worked as a financial analyst with a prominent local property investment firm and served as a lead acquisition underwriter for value-added type commercial acquisitions.
Kevin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Portland State University with a degree in Real Estate Finance and earned a Graduate Degree in Real Estate Development.
Married to his best friend and high school sweetheart, Kevin enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sportsman. He speaks fluent Farsi and in his free time, enjoys spending time with friends, golfing and playing tennis.
Co-founder of HealthMed Realty, Eric has been representing users and investors of commercial real estate in leasing and sales transactions throughout the San Francisco Bay Area since 2004. Eric's list of clients spans a diverse base, from individual physicians and group practices, to healthcare systems, private equity funds, and developers. Eric is relied upon by his clients for his market knowledge, attention to detail, and creative dealmaking ability. Eric's experience also includes conducting portfolio site selection and acquisition.
He is a member of the Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB).
Eric attended Los Gatos High School, graduated from Santa Clara University with a degree in Operations and MIS, and has resided in Silicon Valley for over 20 years.
As a Vice President with HealthMed Realty, Jeff specializes in medical real estate brokerage throughout Silicon Valley. Jeff is consistenly one of the most active and well connected medical office brokers in the West Valley cities of Los Gatos, Saratoga, Campbell, and West San Jose. Jeff provides his clients with nearly three decades of experience as a commercial real estate broker. He has been involved in numerous transactions in and around the Good Samaritan, O'Connor, and Los Gatos El Camino Hospital sub-markets, including
Jeff was raised and attended Los Gatos High School, and earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of California Berkeley.
Christina joins HealthMed Realty with over ten years experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining HealthMed Realty, Christina spent five years at Cassidy Turley (formerly NAI/BT Commercial) focusing her efforts on tenant and landlord representation and portfolio management in the biotech sector. Christina has experience in all aspects of commercial real estate including leasing, sales, investments, asset and property management, as well as corporate real estate - campus planning and growth management.
Christina grew up in the Central Valley and attended California State University – Fresno. When Christina is not running around on tours, she enjoys running marathons.
Eric Yeung, CCIM, LEED AP
Eric joined HealthMed Realty in 2013 as a Senior Associate. He started his real estate career in Austin, Texas and has been representing clients in negotiating medical and office properties since 2005. Eric’s experience encompasses all aspects of commercial real estate including sales and leases, investment acquisitions, and office condominium development. His clients include physicians, dentists, as well as landlords and larger national corporations. Through an extensive portfolio of real estate transactions, Eric earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and is a certified LEED AP (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional). Eric graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
During his free time, Eric enjoys playing tennis and exploring the Bay Area with his wife and two kids.
